All prints are presented on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Giclée paper – a premium, 100% cotton fine art paper (308gsm) trusted by galleries, museums, and photographers worldwide. Its acid-free, archival-quality composition (ISO 9706 certified) ensures your artwork resists fading and yellowing for decades. The smooth matte finish delivers rich, deep blacks and exceptional tonal depth, while the paper's soft, lightly textured surface gives each print a subtle three-dimensional quality. Printed using archival pigment-based Giclée inks for museum-grade colour accuracy and longevity.

All artworks are made to order and shipped directly from our print partner.

Prints: Production takes 1–5 business days. Delivery to Germany and the rest of the EU takes an additional 6–10 business days. Total estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days.

Framed prints: Production takes 5–10 business days, as each frame is custom-made to order. Delivery takes an additional 6–10 business days. Total estimated delivery time: up to 3 weeks.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your exact location within the EU. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

From your screen to your wall
Every piece is printed to order — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be sold. When you place an order, it goes directly to our production partner, theprintspace, a professional fine-art print lab based in Germany and the UK with over 15 years of experience printing for galleries, photographers, and artists worldwide.

What happens after you order:
Your order is sent to production, where it's printed on museum-quality Hahnemühle Photo Rag Giclée paper using archival pigment inks. Framed pieces are then hand-assembled with your chosen frame. Every item is carefully packed — prints in rigid tubes or flat-pack boxes, framed pieces in reinforced boxes with corner protection — to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Because our print partner has production facilities within the EU, your order ships without customs delays or import charges.

You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Our promise: If anything arrives damaged or not as expected, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.

All artworks are made to order specifically for you. Because each piece is printed only after you place your order, we're unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or similar reasons — please review your size and framing choice carefully before ordering.

Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us at hello@seekayy.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damage, so we can process a replacement quickly.

Significant delays
If your order is significantly delayed beyond our stated delivery estimates, please get in touch and we'll look into it. Please note that normal postal delays or delays caused by customs are outside our control and not eligible for a refund.
